Jeffrey Moore is an Executive Director at Herren Associates. Jeffrey served in several senior leadership positions at large and small scale consulting firms. He started capability driven teams from ground zero to successful maturity. He was responsible for leading multiple tens millions dollars profit/loss divisions.
He is skilled in leading cost & economic analysis teams and has provided economic, acquisition, and cost analysis support including the analysis of program requirements, objectives, and constraints and the subsequent analysis requisite to demonstrate the costs and benefits associated with an acquisition objective. Jeffrey managed and performed strategic planning, cost/schedule analysis, acquisition management, and program assessment activities in support of the federal government and industry clients.. Jeffrey led analytics studies, including cost and decision analysis for dozens of DoD programs. His thought leadership and analysis led to the successful achievement of many milestone decisions and fielding of DoD weapon systems.
Jeffrey served as Region 2 Director of ICEAA and numerous positions for the Washington Metro Chapter of the SCEA included President and Vice President. He received the 2009 SCEA Cost Estimator of the year Award for Management, the 2008 Department of the Navy Cost and Management Sciences Team Award, 2008 MCSC award for Excellence in Operations Research/Systems Analysis and was a team member of the 2008 David Packard Excellence in Acquisition Award and is a Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCEA). Jeffrey has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Mathematics from West Virginia University and Master’s of Science in Mathematics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Jeffrey enjoys many wonderful moments with his wife and three daughters across several fun-filled activities, particularly at equestrian events.
